1. Service and license

The developer listed as the app provider on the App Store product page provides this service. Contact ckf@live.com for support, privacy or terms questions. The iPhone and iPad app provides local games, offline rules and AI, saves and settings, and optional support. See Terms of Use (EULA) for licensing and the Privacy Policy for data processing.

2. Free access and the complete edition

The app identifies free and complete-edition games. Free players can currently start one game per day in each complete-edition title and continue unfinished games. This local daily allowance is not a subscription trial that automatically starts billing. An active subscription or lifetime unlock grants the corresponding complete-library features. Initial purchases, restoration or entitlement changes may require Apple’s network services.

3. Subscriptions, lifetime unlock and tips

• Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew for one month or one year and provide complete-library access during their valid term. The app and Apple’s confirmation sheet show the price, currency, term, offer eligibility and billing conditions before purchase.
• Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm. Renewal may continue unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends under its rules. Cancelling renewal normally preserves access for the remainder of the paid term.
• Lifetime unlock is a one-time non-consumable purchase with no recurring renewal. It grants permanent complete-edition access for this app. “Lifetime” describes the purchased entitlement, not unlimited device compatibility or perpetual online support, and does not reduce statutory rights.
• Tips are repeatable consumable purchases to support development. They unlock no features and are not subscriptions.

4. Cancellation, restoration and refunds

Manage or cancel in Apple subscription settings. In My → Support the Developer → Restore Purchases, restore valid subscriptions and the lifetime unlock using the original Apple Account. Consumable tips do not restore as an unlock entitlement. Avoid purchasing again to troubleshoot restoration.

Request a refund through Apple. Eligibility and outcomes follow Apple’s process and applicable law. Uninstalling the app, clearing data, deleting feedback or contacting us does not automatically cancel a subscription or issue a refund. Nothing here excludes statutory refund or consumer rights.

5. Feedback and game requests

Support requests are handled as tickets, not public community posts. You must have the right to provide submitted text, images and videos. Avoid unlawful, malicious or infringing material and unnecessary personal data. You keep rights to your submissions and allow us to view, retain and use them as necessary to handle support and assess or verify game rules. Public use of your copyrighted pictures, text or other materials requires separate permission; submission is not a copyright transfer.

A game request is not a promise of inclusion, a release date, payment for development or a particular version. We may ask for regional rules or winning conditions before deciding whether to develop it. Attachments and extra contact details are optional.

6. Responsible use and maintenance

Do not bypass access controls, use someone else’s ticket identifier, flood support or upload malicious files. We may apply necessary restrictions to abuse. Feedback Center cannot retrieve local saves that have not been uploaded. Support pages may be unavailable during maintenance or incidents. We aim to handle issues reasonably but do not promise response deadlines, adoption of every suggestion or perpetual support for all older devices.

7. Applicable law and responsibility

License warranties, limitations, termination and dispute provisions follow the applicable Apple Standard EULA. These service terms do not exclude consumer rights or responsibility that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. Folk games can have regional variations; the selected rules describe the in-app version. Contact support if you find a problem.

8. Updates and contact

We publish revised terms and effective dates and communicate material changes appropriately. Effects on existing transactions and consumer rights follow Apple’s rules and applicable law. Contact ckf@live.com with questions.
