User Agreement & Terms of Use (EULA)

The App Store software license for Games We Played uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. This page links to that agreement and explains the app-specific services.

1. Apple Standard EULA

The software license for this app obtained through the App Store is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The licensor is the app provider identified on the App Store product page. This page does not introduce a custom software license replacing Apple’s Standard EULA.

The Standard EULA covers license scope, device usage rules, data use, external services, termination, warranties and liability. Read the complete agreement at Apple’s official link. These explanations do not replace that agreement or remove mandatory rights under applicable law.

2. This app’s services

The app offers local two-player and single-player games and offline AI where supported, with no developer account required. Purchases include monthly or yearly subscriptions, lifetime unlock and optional tips. See the Terms of Service for access, renewal, restoration, cancellation and refunds. Apple’s confirmation sheet specifies the transaction you are accepting.

3. Game suggestions and support content

Feedback Center handles product issues and game suggestions with you. You keep rights to original materials you provide. Submission does not promise development, adoption or payment. Public use of your copyrighted materials needs separate permission. Respect others’ personal information, copyrights and ticket access rights.

4. Privacy and choice

Local game data is not automatically uploaded to our servers. Read the Privacy Policy for optional feedback, attachments, lookup identifiers and Apple transactions, and Privacy Choices for data requests. Reading this page or the privacy policy does not submit a support ticket.

5. Developer support

The developer provides product support at ckf@live.com and the Support & Feedback page. Apple provides App Store and purchase-related services; responsibilities follow the Standard EULA, Apple’s applicable terms and applicable law.
