Privacy Choices

Play offline and choose independently whether to use feedback, game requests and Apple purchases. These controls distinguish local records, browser identifiers and server support data.

Local app data

In My → Settings → Data & Reset, clear unfinished games, clear game history and statistics, or reset preferences separately. Resetting preferences keeps saves, history and favorites; clearing history also keeps favorites. Remove favorites in the library or game details. A separate local daily-trial record controls daily starts.

Deleting the app removes its local data, but does not cancel Apple subscriptions, delete Feedback Center tickets or remove system backups. Manage backup copies in Apple’s backup settings.

Optional support data

You can avoid opening Feedback Center or submit text only. Selecting attachments immediately uploads them, so closing the page does not delete uploaded files. Review text and files before providing them and avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Opening a legal-reading link does not send the app’s device lookup identifier.

Ticket lookup and browser storage

Opening support from the app supplies a device lookup identifier. Direct browser visits use a random identifier saved for this app in that browser. Neither is an account. Clearing site storage, switching browsers or a change in the system identifier may stop old tickets appearing automatically; it does not delete the server’s records. Keep the ticket number and do not share links containing lookup identifiers.

Access, correction, deletion or restriction

Email ckf@live.com or use the privacy-request form. Include the ticket number or other locating details. For a file uploaded without a ticket, include its filename, link and approximate upload time. You do not need to register an account to make a request.

After verifying control of the information, we handle requests under applicable law. Legal obligations, disputes or necessary security may limit deletion; we will explain the reason. Avoiding further support visits prevents new optional submissions. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.

Apple purchases and system settings

Cancel renewal in Apple subscription management. Clearing app data or deleting support records does not stop billing. Restore purchases on the app’s Support the Developer page. Apple manages system backups and any system diagnostic sharing you enable; the app has no third-party analytics SDK.
